Get on a monthly subscription(V-fill) of Brān Reimagined and find three customers who do the same, then your V-fill of Brān Reimagined will be free the following month.

For each customer, affiliate or member you enroll, you earn 10%, 15% or 20% of the BV on their first order.

Each sales rank you achieve increases your direct commission level. You can also increase your direct commission level by starting with the optional Influencer and Ambassador Pack.

Everyone you personally enroll is direct to you forever.

To encourage teamwork and create urgency, you will place each person you enroll in one of two teams.

This means people are placed under other people who benefit from the volume they produce from sales.You earn $30 every time you “cycle”. A cycle occurs when you have 200 BV on one team and 400 BV on the other team.

Your first text should be designed to get a response without sharing everything.

Examples: "You got a minute?" or

"It's been a long time. Hope you're doing well. I found an opportunity (product) and I thought of you. Would you be interested in hearing about it? I'd love to reconnect." or

"I hope all is good with you during these crazy times. I have a new business I'm building and we're expanding all over the US. We're looking for successful people who would like to help us grow this part-time. Do you know anyone who would be interested in making some really good extra money right now?"

DO NOT SEND A LINK IN YOUR FIRST TEXT. The first reason: it looks spammy. The second reason: it is spammy. Third: you discover who is open at this time and you can put them on a follow-up list even if they say no after you walk them through teamlovit.com.

Tools - present and enroll

If someone wants to learn more, DO NOT EXPLAIN IT WITHOUT A TOOL - tools duplicate, people don't. Walk your guest through teamlovit.com while you share your story, and then ASK,

"Would you like to do this together? Let's get started now." OR

"I want to introduce you to the person who sponsored me, let's see if s/he's available. (let your sponsor ask for you). OR

"If you enroll now, everyone I enroll after will be placed under you. Do you want to start now so you don't miss out on the volume?" Once they enroll, it's important to get them started right.

3. Training - duplicate

A new member's training is mostly walking them through the process you just did - Text, Tools, Training.

After they join Velovita, show them how to get their own Teamlovit.com site (button on the bottom of this front page) and walk them through the process you just did with them. Then, have them go through the training here at teamlovit.com/quickstart. The repetition helps strengthen the training.

Your job is to get to know their goals, their available time and their openness to coaching. Do a three-way call with your sponsor if you haven't already done that so they know there is a community here and they are not alone.

NOTE: Keep the training duplicatable, too. Use this web page whenever you're training someone. And remember, you are building a team of independent volunteers. You can't fire them so you have to inspire them. Let them follow your actions and not your words.

Here’s a rule to live by: YOUR FIRST TEXT SHOULD NEVER INCLUDE LINKS. We’ll give you some sample first texts for each type of group. It’s important to use the words you and the group would relate to. Everyone has their own way of communicating so do it with your style.

Hi [firstname]... When can. we talk today? I have something exciting and urgent to share.

IMPORTANT

When you craft your texts remember these points.

1. The key to the first text is to create curiosity and to get a response.

2. Do not put a link in the first text.

3. Make sure the text would work for most people in the group.

4. Personalize the text for each person by using a Text Blasting app like Reach or Hit Em Up.

Tools - answer using tools (fun)

You don't have to stress-out if you don't know any answer because it's all here at teamlovit.com, on velovita.com or from your sponsor, upline or live broadcast. Relax and have fun. Even if you do know the answer, refer your guest to a tool because they will understand how they can find answers when they recruit. You'll be happier and your guest will enjoy it more.
